TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

Flying In...

Shuttle service to and from these airports will be available on Friday, June 30 and Monday, July 3, 2006.  The exact schedule will be posted soon.

Please inform us AND your regional coordinator of your itinerary & flight details.

Local Campers...

If you are from the GTA and need a ride, there will be shuttle service from Kipling Station.

Please find the Kipling Station pick-up schedule below. The transportation team members will be pleased to greet you and drive you to the Crieff Hills Community.

Please pick a time that works best for you. Spaces are limited so contact transportation@vcsatoronto.com or Phu Le at (416)666-5905 with the following information:

• Name
• Camper ID
• Date on which you require transportation (Fri or Mon or both)
• Time of pick up from Kipling Station (of the three options below)

Driving Directions...

WARNING: Do not use directions from internet based maps (ie. Google).  They are not correct. 

See below for map (i.e. read the directions first please =P)

From Pearson International Airport, Toronto, Mississauga and anywhere else East of Guelph:

1. Take Hwy. 401 West until you reach Exit 299 (Highway 6 South).
2. Take Hwy 6 South (toward Hamilton) for approximately 3 km.  You will see a large sign on the right – Crieff Hills Retreat and Conference Ctr Leslie Road (which becomes Concession 1).
3. Turn right on Leslie Road / Concession 1. 

If you miss Leslie Road take “Con 1” (abbreviation for Concession Road 1). It is a small street, plus there may be construction, so look out for the “LEN DUONG” arrows.

Take this road for 5km.

4. While on Concession Road 1, you will see the main office for Crieff Hills on the north side (right side) of the street (Lane 7098).
5. Turn right at Lane 7098 and take the right fork towards the large parking lot. 
6. Registration is in the upper conference hall – the building on the left.

From London, Windsor, Kitchener and anywhere else West of Guelph:

1. Take Hwy. 401 West until you reach Exit 286 (Townline Rd/Waterloo Region 33).
2. Take Townline Rd South past the round-about:  Enter the roundabout from Townline, drive past Canamera Pkwy and exit on Townline.  (If you get on Canamera Pkwy, go about 1 km and turn around at the first light)
3. Concession Road 1 is a small intersection about 1km on the left. You should see “Con 1”  (It is a small street, plus there may be construction, so look out for the “LEN DUONG” arrows).
4. Turn left on Concession Road 1 and follow it for another 9 km (6km to a stop sign, then another 3km). You will see the main office for Crieff Hills on the north / left side of the street (Lane 7098).
5. Turn left at Lane 7098 and take the right fork towards the large parking lot. 
6. Registration is in the upper conference hall – the building on the left
