The purpose of this meeting/workshop, in cooperation with the Southeast Asia Resource Action Center, the National Alliance of Vietnamese American Service Agencies and the Vietnamese Culture and Science Association is to increase opportunities and improve the quality of life for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders pursuant to Executive Order 13216. The conference is free, however, any travel expenses incurred are the responsibility of the attendee. The agenda is designed so that one day’s attendance on Saturday, February 22, 2003, will be substantially beneficial, providing opportunity to choose workshops of primary interest.
